Utilising a mediator service empowers owners to have greater control over their outcomes. This approach facilitates a more timely and cost-effective resolution than pursuing legal action, while also accommodating owners’ preferred timeframes.

We will work with all strata scheme owners, including self-managed schemes.

Our mediator Leigh Oliver has the nationally recognised NMAS accreditation from UWA, and also works as a Senior Strata Manager with Abode Strata.

Mediation is essentially a talking process. The mediators will help you to have a constructive conversation with the other person or people involved in the dispute. We have found that when people are able to share their experiences, it leads to a better understanding of the situation and helps them to come up with ways to resolve conflict.

In the mediation process, you make your own decisions about how to move forward.
